Processing

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

During high-volume releases, processing may take slightly longer

 

Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s hands.

If your order is delayed or lost, contact the shipping carrier first.
